Lake Country Office Solutions are an HP Certified Partner and recommend the use of HP laptop, desktop, workstation and server hardware. We also support Dell and Lenovo corporate systems.

Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems must be currently supported by Microsoft.

We are a Sophos Silver Partner and also support a wide range of networking infrastructure including products from Cisco, UniFi, Sonicwall, Aruba & Barracuda to name a few.

We recommend a maximum 5 year lifecycle on all hardware. If your hardware is more than 5 years old we may recommend that you replace it.

As a baseline, we request that all clients have the following

• Antivirus + Endpoint Detection & Response

• Remote Monitoring & Patching

• Backup of Critical Data

• Phishing Protection + Dark Web Breach Monitoring

• Network Security Testing or Vulnerability Scanning

• Staff Security Awareness Training

We also offer managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) services, cloud backup of Office 365 email and SharePoint data and enterprise server backup to organizations that require these options.
